CASE is offering a limited number of places to businesses in the Caithness and Sutherland area. In addition to recruitment support, CASE also offers an attractive salary subsidy and a training budget for your graduate plus on-going support during the year long placement.
Donna Booth, a development manager with CASE, said: "We are keen to give local firms the opportunity to employ graduates of HND or above, and to give graduates the opportunity to develop their careers in the Caithness and Sutherland area."
"The programme has been very successful in previous years and we've had graduates in sectors from hospitality, engineering, I.T., tourism, aquaculture and many more - all of which have gone on to full-time employment either with their host firm or another."
Participating businesses agree that the graduates and the projects they undertake really do make a difference.
