Bridge Hotel, Helmsdale, under new ownership.

The Bridge Hotel in Helmsdale has just been purchased by the owners of "The Quiet Piggy" in Brora. The Quiet Piggy in Brora is re-locating into the former fishing tackle shop which is part of the hotel.

The present location which is the former Hunters building in Brora will be retained as a new venture still under the ownership of the Piggy team although it will service much more traveler friendly meals and will be known as "Peedies". The summer season will
also allow it to be utalised as a contemporary wine bar serving light snacks and possibly Scottish Tapas.

Ronnie Dunnett is a former Wick High School pupil and his Wife is from Malta. Lorraine is highly trained in Hotel Hospitality and brings a wealth of experience to the venues.
